Hypnotized

The following images were not obtained during any sort of camping in forests with severe and/or adverse conditions. They also did not require any serious planning and understanding of animal behavior to demonstrate my dedication as a photographer. I simply went to a place where a collection of these fine creatures have been put together, waited for the pose and clicked. This place is called a ZOO! :)

LEMUR
Lemur comes from the latin word "lemures", meaning "ghosts" or "spirits of the night". Lemurs are a clade of strepsirrhine primates endemic to the island of Madagascar. They are named after the lemures (ghosts or spirits) of Roman mythology due to the ghostly vocalizations, reflective eyes, and the nocturnal habits of some species. They were recently made famous by the Disney cartoon, Madagascar.

Madagascar - now that is a real movie. Were in stitches most of the way.
Great picture. With the absence of wires, I am worrying about who caught whom in this case.
SAVO: Lol It was actually in free roam within an enclosure which we were allowed to walk through! Thankfully neither human or animal came to any sort of harm smile
Perfect dof, and love its eyes.
SAVO: Cheers Nigel

He is sooooo cute!!
His expression is amazing..he's like 'what the heck are you doing my friend?'
SAVO: Actually he was ignoring me lol
What did you say to scare this fellow so? Excellent shot!
SAVO: Nothing much, he just saw my face smile
I love Lemur eyes!!
I would have cropped more, to get rid of the very disturbing green blotch caused by the leaf in the foreground.
It is such a nice portrait!! Really well done!
SAVO: Thank you Marion. I thought about that crop but I compromised cause I wanted to keep the detail of his right arm holding the tree. Cheers
Something has caught his attention, they have cute little faces, lovely clear shot Savo smile
SAVO: My first time in close proximity with them. I agree
